1️⃣ Status

On the portal, URLs and files are stuck in the Analyzing state.

2️⃣ Root Cause

The conclusion module has crashed, causing it to stop reading the result queue.

3️⃣ Resolution

Restart the conclusion module using the following command:

supervisorctl restart ama_url_conclusion
