1️⃣ Problem

Received the alert: app_ama_rabbitmq_queue_high

For example:

Root Cause: The service consuming this queue is having issues. Root cause is under monitoring.

If you run tail log inside the Docker container and see no abnormal errors:

Queue	Service to restart
sb_sample_word2010_log	sbcenter_office
sb_sample_word2013_log	sbcenter_office

For services running with Docker:

docker service update --force <service_name>

If tail log shows an actual error → escalate to dev_team.
