Check the log of the blacklist_scanner module

Log file location: /opt/ama/log/ama_blacklist_scanner.log

  • If you see any error related to access deny:
    • Restart both modules:
      supervisorctl restart ama_blacklist_scanner ama_webservice
  • If there is no access deny error, just restart blacklist_scanner:
    supervisorctl restart ama_blacklist_scanner
